Truly you are one of the best artists I've viewed. Highly skilled and talented! I am just getting into digital art for myself. I got an Intuous 4 Wacom and find it okay, but considering a Cintiq 13HD. Any tips for a beginner?

Thanks again! :)

A Cintiq is just perfect for this type of work. Can't recommend getting one enough. I've worked on a 12WX for a while, but in the end found it too small for poster-sized work and comic pages (now using a 21UX).
Getting started, I'd say it pays off to just play around in Photoshop, experiment, get familiar with color theory and lighting. It's actually pretty much the same as 'traditional' art, except with layers, a 'save' function and clean fingers :). Overall: don't worry about rendering until you have a nice composition, good construction (perspective/anatomy) and an interesting color palette. Most of all: have fun!
Oh, and I'd recommend Paint Tool SAI or Manga Studio for inking.
